Our Return Policy

At Varied Cozy Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused and Unworn

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Tags

The item must have all original tags attached.

Original Packaging

The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.

Proof of Purchase

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, once unsealed
  • Hazardous materials
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us

Email our customer service team at returns@variedcozyshop.com or call us at +1 (555) 123-4567 to request a return.

Complete Return Form

We will send you a return form to complete. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Receive Return Authorization

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

Package Your Return

Pack the items securely in their original packaging if possible. Include the completed return form and write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return

Ship your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the same process as for returns. In your return form, please indicate that you would like an exchange and specify the item you would like instead.

Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested exchange item is not available, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Processing

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing times, typically 5-10 business days.

Refund Amount

Your refund will include the cost of the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Note: For returns due to customer preference (wrong size, didn't like it, etc.), the original shipping costs are not refunded.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Free Return Shipping

In the following cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label:

  • You received an incorrect item
  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • The item was misrepresented on our website

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check the following:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact our customer service team at returns@variedcozyshop.com

Sale Items

Only regularly priced items may be refunded. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be refunded.

Items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales may have different return policies, which will be noted at the time of purchase.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver.
